Hi Rqpidily, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!
The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

Yes! I can't believe this didn't make more waves when it aired, I was so hyped for every single episode.

WallyBlue-52026-01-22 18:38
For me, i just started watching Frieren and really loved the first episode. Immediately wanted to keep going. Also felt this way from Solo Leveling
Rqpidily2026-01-22 18:59
i don't know man maybe me and you don't have the similar attention spans but i kind of dropped it at episode 8 i know i hear its great but i dont know its just not my cup of tea
BigdiveBlue2026-01-22 18:39
I was recently hooked on solo leveling. That first episode hit me pretty hard. Best of luck
Rqpidily2026-01-22 18:56

Like the majority of them
Rqpidily2026-01-22 18:57
the majority of the popular ones yes and well ive already watched most of them
Muffin-zetta2026-01-22 19:01
Nah we get like 50 show per season and more often than not the majority of them are good and worth watching
Rqpidily2026-01-22 19:04
well other than the popular ones that are airing now like oshi no ko season 3 or frieren season 2 what others would you say are like worth watching?
Muffin-zetta2026-01-22 19:06
This season is so good it would be faster to name the things I don’t recommend
Rqpidily2026-01-22 19:40
i mean i would watch an anime or 2 every season here and there for example im watching "there was a cute girl in the Hero's Party, So I Tried Confessing to Her" (yes i like romance slop) but other than that im just too lazy to watch any others or simply because i dont have the time to do so but it would be a great help if you could leave your animelist or whatever you use to list what you've watched here
Muffin-zetta2026-01-22 20:24
Oh I’ve been watching anime since the 80s I’ve never kept a list.
But if you like romance, oh my god watch “the invisible man’s soon to be wife” and “you and I are polar opposites” they’re incredible!
Rqpidily2026-01-22 20:26
i'll definitely give them a try sometime thanks

Aniria_2026-01-22 20:53
I would direct you to a list I have. But it doesn't exist
I've been watching anime for close to 30 years, and sites like MAL didn't exist at the time lol
But If there's one that I still remember hooking me to the point I binged the whole thing, and still remember it all these years later? It's Shinseki Yori
