HELP FINDING AN ANIME

Hi, I’m trying to find an anime I watched some time ago and I can’t remember the title.

What I remember:

It was an anime

The main protagonist is a woman

She is an adult, not a student

She was kicked out of her parents’ house, so she ends up living alone in a normal apartment

The genre was comedy / slice of life

At some point, she meets or starts interacting with supernatural creatures(i think)

It was available on Netflix Latin America at the time

Netflix LatAm also had Mandarin Chinese audio for this anime

That’s all I remember. If anyone recognizes it, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks!

All I remember is that her parents kicked her out of the house and the woman had a suitcase. Later, she got back on her feet and moved into a small apartment while buying the essentials online, and this is just a guess, I think the fantasy character came out of the air conditioner. I repeat, I don’t remember it very well😭
