Should I finish watching One Piece?

I’m now currently at the start of the Whole Cake Island Arc. I’m worried that if I’m gonna watch everything I might have to wait for a long time for next episode.

Any recommendation if I should just continue and finish it or wait for more episodes to come out?

Hard to say. I liked OP over a decade ago, but it got too long and the new weird Luffy power got annoying along with animation style.

I've been watching on and off for 20 years.
I took like a 10 year break. Caught up to the end of Wano, then took another break for a year until egg head finished. It was worth it IMO.

You're only on Whole Cake Island, there's tons left. Take it slow and watch other things between if you want.

By the way, after my big break I re- watched the whole thing from the beginning and it was still great to me. The only part I don't like as much is Skypiea.

Absolutely, Wano and Egghead are both mind bogglingly good, I would waste no time trying to watch both of those. I understand your concern about new episodes, but you could be like some people who have been watching week by week for 10+ years, you are at a good spot to start catching up, as I bet Elbaph will be starting by the time you catch up
