What should I watch next?

Newish into anime…

Started with FMA and then HxH. Tried to watch Cowboy Bebop but really wasn’t for me. Any good suggestions for me?

Hi Kdot5555, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

You might also find our [Recommendation Wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/recommendations) or [daily thread](/r/anime/search?q=flair%3Adaily&restrict_sr=on&sort=new&t=week) helpful.

And, just for the record, FMA (the original) was the first anime I got super into that drew me into more anime all those years ago. Brotherhood is better, but the OG was amazing.

Then I fell off of regular anime viewing years later until around season 3 of MHA, which drew me back in.

I dont watch tons of anime, but I really like some. Those I mentioned as well as others like Darling In The FranXX, Blue Gender, etc.

There are countless ones.

And many people dying to give recommendations, I'd feel bad robbing them of the opportunity.

I'll just recommend you take it slow, enjoy the endless journey, and prioritize anime with high production values and renown for "good writing" when starting out.

Lots of people are overly enthusiastic for "cool action", so keep a skeptical/discerning eye and learn to spot patterns you don't favor.
