How do i recover from a silent voice
I have never cried over any piece of media, I rarely cry but I bawled my eyes out a few minutes ago after I finished a silent voice, it wasn’t even insanely sad, I think they were happy tears..? I’m not sure but someone help me recover because I am losing sleep right now.

One of the very few animes where the tsundere ending made *less* sense than the childhood friend route.
On the plus side, afterward movies like Silent Voice or I Want To Eat Your Pancreas barely affect me. (I'm not sure that's a plus side.)
Your Name is a good movie full of feelings with a happy ending. Expect to cry a bit in the middle.
Yuru Camp, Super Cub, or other iyashikei shows might be a good antidote. Or comedies like Konosuba, or The Eminence in Shadow (although that one requires some calibration), or Kaguya-sama: Love is War.
