Many are, many are decent, still there are also some misses. I often go with the jpn dub, but if there is I try german dub first. Dubbing is one of the few things my country does well.

Yeah, it has so much more depth when magic doesn't just have complete success, and complete failure. It gives it so much dynasticism and the ability to adapt magic to a particular situation. It's a shame that most anime don't use this system of magic.

Very fun anime in the beginning.
The explanation for how words can influence the magical output was fascinating and really made me think how it could be implemented in other magic systems.
The fake confession was odd but kinda funny, I heard that she falls in love with the guy later and it's all due to a joke which is, in my personal opinion, very lame.
I think they even start a family, but don't quote me on that, could be my mind hallucinating things, but either way, I don't want to continue the work after knowing that.

Before isekai trend, there was a magic academy trend, there was quite a few shows like this one from around the same time.
And now we are finally getting a villainesss trend in anime, as that was a trend in LNs for quite a while and just now they're getting adaptations.
Eras, or rather trends come and go, though Im quite sure isekais are gonna be the longest to stick around, even if the numbers eventually drop and people discover other trends, Isekais will persist

I wish more anime's had magic systems like Akashic Records. It feels a lot more complete, when you can fuck something up in some determinable way other than "your spell didn't go off". It gives it more depth since success isn't strictly binary.
