Do you guys really think Luffy vs Kaido‘s fight is more bad than Luffy vs Katakuri?

Beforehand, I talk about the anime.

This seems to be the opinion of the most guys, but I really don‘t get it. I had so much fun watching the fight against Kaido, but if there wouldn‘t be the german VA of Katakuri, I have no idea how I would‘ve made it throught this fight.

Gear 5 is much more entertaining than Gear 4 regardless of matchup.

God, I still fawn at how cool the Gear 5 intro is.

I just . . . I don’t watch One Piece for the fights. I watch it for the story. The fights tend to go on and on and on for way too long. So in this case like with most, I don’t like *either* of those fights 😖

The only fights I care about are the few between actual crew members. Because of the emotional weight tied to them and because no moment is wasted drawing them out, instead focusing entirely on sticking that landing.
