The jack of all trades

tell me I'm not going insane, there is another anime of this, I know there is. exact same premise, same abilities, hell I think the character has the same name.

help me out, this is literally a copy and paste of something else, I just can't remember the name.

There's the harem one where he gets kicked out and forms a party with his former students.

There's the other one where he gets kicked out and rejoins his former party from school.

There's the other harem one where he makes a party of beast people and becomes the hero.

It’s a copy and paste of a lot of somethings. Usually with a 25+ word title. “The derelict healer gets thrown out of the S ranked party only to find out he’s the S tier hero when he is found farming in the village with the rare pull beast girl”

No literally there is another anime just like this except the character has a different body type, to give some credence. He will solo the dragon and win, there will be a twist with someone looking for him. It damn near copies this other anime , hell I can tell you he will join the clan under the condition that he is a swordsman.

I have read at least 5 manga with the jack of all trades kicked out of the party and goes on to basically solo the hardest dungeon. However these isekai are so forgettable I couldn't tell you which anime had this premise before this one.

There must be half a dozen "my genius support magic was somehow not noticed by hero's party and I got kicked out" anime.

irosk2026-01-25 02:21

I'm convinced they just remade this, as an example the clan he is with will be attacked by the dragon and he will solo to protect all the newbies. The ex party members will get scolded by blue hair girl and the party will show up after he defeats the dragon. Hell there is a twist involving another girl.

Honestly hard to tell because all these elements are super common. Originality is optional in this industry.

Mysterious_Pepper3052026-01-28 20:11

we all expected this but GUESS WHAT JUST HAPPENED

What?

First time?

ghostpickleonastick2026-01-25 03:16

When you say the MC even has the same name, shouldn't that be the easiest thing to verify?

All the plot elements, story beats, character designs, etc, are going to be similar because reasons, but can you find any other anime searching for the MC's name?

irosk2026-01-25 04:01

I've tried looking, all that comes up is anything that came out this year anime wise. My memory might be shit, but I could swear this has existed before.

ghostpickleonastick2026-01-25 04:06

Unless you're in a time loop, have psychic powers, or have read the manga, it's probably just like others have said and looks so much like its inspirations that it feels like deja vu.

Livid_Palpitation_462026-01-25 03:17

It reminds me a lot of “I left my A rank party to help my former students reach the dungeon depths” from last year

They both have similar buff/debuff magic from what I remember

Maybe that’s it?

fintracert2026-01-25 03:56

i think for this one at least one of the old party members get it.

BagOfMostlyCheese2026-01-25 06:10

I think you're talking about one of these:

The Healer Who Was Banished From His Party, Is, in Fact, the Strongest

or

Scooped Up by an S-Rank Adventurer!

Gamesfear222026-01-27 05:10

I agree it’s this one the S rank healer same plot but with healing magic he gets kicked out from his childhood friend party blah blah blah

Ardyck2026-01-25 08:35

They may have the same premise and abilities but they are not from the same WN/LN.
