Improved all drawings, reshot all the cuts etc, so we getting basically a Remaster that might be more faithful to the manga and no fillers. (Instead of 25 episodes for Beerus arc we will get 6 is the rumor).
They might do this with all Manga arcs until we reach Broly again which makes this the best way to experience Super.

Take the enhanced edition of the BOG & RF arcs if they do them, do the same for any of the weaker animated episodes of the original Super arcs then put them all together into a nicely cohesive quality bluray for newcomers to watch and get onboarded with into the series.

It's not gonna be more faithful to the manga, it's gonna be a different thing mostly based on the anime instead. The manga was an adaptation of the anime with super which itself was mostly an adaptation of Toriyama's notes.

Actually yes since this specifically is called DBS Kai in-house. They are doing all of Super. Condensing it to fix the pacing, adding scenes that fit closer to the manga and redo a lot of the animation to make it the quality it deserves. Beerus will be 6 eps long and Freeza follows it with another 6 or 7 episodes. The rest we'll see how it goes. Moro is very early in production and might not release until at least late 2027

This is preparation for Moro. They are also doing rewrites and adding scenes to make it closer to Toriyama's original script and to the manga. But it is not just Beerus (which will be 6 eps long), Freeza (also will be around 6 eps long) will be done right after and they will basically do all of DBS will be redone to fit the manga and Moro more.
Also DBS deserves way better animation and pacing. I just rewatched BoG and RoF arcs and yeah i am all for this remaster.
Also this will not affect the production for Moro because they are made by different teams.

I'm not worried about it affecting production. I'm just not all that thrilled about seeing the same storyline remade a 3rd time. They have their reasons, and that's fine. It's just not something I think is necessary or want. For those who do, then enjoy.

I haven't kept up with Super for a long time now other than watching Battle of the Gods, Ressurection F and Broly movie and only watched a couple of Super episodes before dropping it due to animation downgrade.
Hopefully this "remastered" will be the perfect way to jump back in again without having to watch all 100+ episodes with bunch of fillers.

Remember watching Battle Of The Gods back when it first released back in 2014 in cinemas and honestly it was my favorite rendition of the Battle of the Gods plot with the [no pupils "MY BULMA" moment](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-wkAw2tuYw) with Vegeta's Piano theme and the [I WILL NOT LET YOU DESTROY MY WORLD!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25edDdER-GA) moment with the English dubbed just blew me away.
