Dragon Quest the Adventure of Dai.
I'm a MASSIVE Dragonball fan, have been since the early 90s and somebody recommended this show to me, it has characters and monsters originally created by Akira Toriyama and it gives off DB vibes but also has some DBZ level action in it.
It's a little cheesy at times, and definitely for a younger audience, but it really is worth a watch.
I'm on 71 - 100 episodes so far and I'm loving it.

I'd highly recommend Yu Yu Hakusho. Great cast, hilarious MC, brutal and epic battles, and a slowburn romance.

Dan da Dan
It’s crazy, wacky, and fun. The characters are super likable and there’s also some romance between the 2 main characters if that’s something you’re interested in. That’s my recommendation
