I just randomly remembered an amine, now I can't stop trying to find it.

Ok, I remembered watching this anime in Animax, it was two guys that are like detectives but are exorcists, one is high prodigy something with a head that looks round or Stewie from family guy, but he has a book where he would give a verdict was it, don't know, anyways he would first list down the crimes of the ghost then gives a suitable punishment. I remember one scene where he gave a wrong punishment and was attack instead, he also has an apprentice a blonde guy.

The anime was funny and I loved it very much and trying to find it, please help 🙏🥹...
