those 2 animes could not be more different to each other. lol. Depends on what you are looking for atm.
Barakamon is a light and fun slice of life while Dororo is a pretty heavy anime.

Those are very different vibes. My vote goes to barakamon

They’re both different genres. **Dororo** (I assume you mean the 2019 anime) is a historical/supernatural/action series which has a complete story whilst **Barakamon** is a great slice-of-life comedy that probably won’t get any more seasons
Desperate-Ganache8042026-01-26 14:53
Why not both?
scrambledeggsandspam2026-01-26 14:57
I'm biased. Barakamom for SOL vibes. Then Dororo because the OP song is great.
Narrow-Grape57882026-01-26 14:58
Both are different genres. Tho i think it helps that barakomon is 12 episodes and dororo is 24? ( Correct me if im wrong )
So it depends if u want an anime u prefer to finish in the next couple hours or not.

Why are you confused?
Anyway I flipped a coin and it came up tails so Dororo.

They are quite different, barakamon is an introspective slice of life
And dororo is more of an adventure action
Im not a big dororo fan but the op and ed songs are godtier
