Anyone have some anime Recs?

I’m looking for more anime’s to watch

I’m super into shows like “Chivalry of a failed knight” And “SAO” because of the “magic” action and a good focus on romance anyone got some reccomendations?

Hi Loose_Yesterday499, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

Just for some more context, i’ve watched a lot more anime than just those two their just the main ones that stick out when i think of action a romance. Also im not too into isekais so keep that in mind for your recommendations please!

I gotta be honest bro those themes are isekai bread and butter its a shame you aren't into them. The best stuff like this is in that category for sure.

Most of the things I can think of that fit are mid at best, or more echi/harem than romance like SAO

Date a live is pretty good and kinda fits.

I’m not against them just not my forte if you get what i mean, sao is practically an isekai at the start and i’ve enjoyed shows such as wiseman’s grandchild so throw me some recs an i’ll check them out. I just usually don’t find them very entertaining

Controversial recomendation of jobless reincarnation. If you can get past Rudy being scum its pretty enjoyable but many people can't.

One that's on the other side not an isekai but pretty low on action and high on romance is ancient magus bride. Kind of strange romance though as ML is basically a monster.

Another one is our last crusade and rise of a new world, got like a Romeo and Juliet thing going on, more scifi than fantasy world but kinda fits too.

As for the rest the slop pile is huge

Strike in the blood

Harem in the labyrinth of another world

The testament of sister new devil

I also did enjoy Highschool DxD so i’m not thrown off by the harem ones either

Toaru Majutsu no Index / Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, but these have minimal or no romance at all, only teases.

Aside from the Toaru franchise, Mahou Sensei Negima is another one of my favorite "magic action" anime, but the anime didn't adapt the best part of the series, the beginning was more of an ecchi/harem/comedy series, but it develops into a pretty good battle shonen later on. The OVA are pretty good, but if you're interested, I definitely recommend reading the manga. The romance also isn't really in the forefront, and it was more so one-sided for majority of the series too, but he does end up with someone at the end.
