> Misfit of demon academy

I personally appreciated this one. I'm so sick of the trope of "friendship conquers all and if you show overwhelming power and then mercy to a hateful idiot they'll somehow do a 180 and become irrevocably good."

My hero academia. The MC gets such an OP power that it destroys his body when he’s first beginning to use it. He learns to control it over the course of the story.

Lots of other options already posted. The below are mid-budget isekai/fantasy with okay stories:

I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince so I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability

The Aristocrat's Otherworldly Adventure

The Shy Hero and the Assassin Princesses

Basically every single isekai is that (and usually terrible), so I'm going to focus on shows that are at least decent

Mob Psycho 100 (Yes, you can tell a great story where the MC crushes everything into dust. it's also by the same author as One Punch Man)

Overlord

A Wild last Boss Appears

Mashle Magic and Muscles

The Eminence in Shadow

Cautious Hero

Helck
