A Sister is All You Need Potential Season 2

I personally hope it happens. Though the director for that (and others) is currently doing Princession Orchestra, I guess it'd take a little while longer for that to happen if it did.

If it did happen, would it go beyond and pull off a full adaptation? I just finished watching it myself, and I thought it was good.

It's been 9 years and the source material has been finished for a while. So don't see a s2 happening.

The source ended in 2020 and doesn't have the kind of fanbase that would be clamoring for more of the show.

It was also pretty clear they didn't care much about the series seeing as the finale is a non-finale type of episode.

This show is never getting another season, especially when there are so many better properties out there that are awaiting their first seasons or are active and popular enough to be getting more seasons.

Well, you can never really say never. Besides, there are series out there that people otherwise would have never have imagined getting a season 2 or sequel (popular or otherwise), so it can't completely be counted out. But yeah, it is unlikely.

It still would be nice, though.

Fine, there's a 99.99999999% chance that it never gets another season.

Again, unpopular series' that ended half a decade ago don't get legacy anime sequels. There is too much competition for that to happen.

It's one of the best LNs and I'd be happy to get more, but I think it's too late now. We also got an adaptation of the creators' newer work.

I think a season 2 is coming out for that.

I personally think it's still a little to say that it's too late for it to get a season 2. If recent events have taught anything, it is that anything can happen. An anime from 9, 12, or even 17 years ago has the chance of getting continuation or a remake that aims to fully adapt the source material, so I'd say to wait and see what happens.
