Semi Spicy Yuri Recommendation

I’ve been into Yuri recently, I blame Taro from Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku, and I want one that’s romance focused but doesn’t just stop at a kiss or 2

Preferably one that’s romance focused and will have me kicking my feet and giggling whilst watching/reading but like I said I want it to be HOT AND STEAMY too.

Thank you

Hi EquipmentBusy2036, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

EquipmentBusy20362026-01-27 09:01

Is this a recommendation or are you asking me to remind you? I’m a lil slow bro.

Pryoticus2026-01-27 09:02

I’m looking for similar recs so I want a reminder to read through the comments in a few days

JoeHaydn2026-01-27 10:27

There's a bot that will send you a reminder to check in on posts you comment this on. You can choose the time after which you receive the reminder, it's a pretty useful tool. So this user just wants the bot to remind them to check this post again in three days, probably because they hope to find more recommendations by then or because they don't have the time to thoroughly read the comments at the moment.

KoCory2026-01-27 09:22

jesus man have you tried hentai

Nachtwandler_FS2026-01-27 09:34

Not much pure yuri hentai though.

KoCory2026-01-27 11:20

I wouldn’t know I don’t gaf about hentai

UMP45isnotflat2026-01-27 12:21

There really has been surprisingly little, or rather any at all. All the yuri stuff dates back to the 00s or older.

Ioroa2026-01-27 14:30

I think the only yuri I know is SonoHana, but in my mind that's peak yuri.

Nachtwandler_FS2026-01-27 14:47

If you mean exactly yuri hentai, there is a couple more I think. But it's similar situation as porn mostly: you can find yuri scenes everywhere but noit a pure staff.

Funny fact: SonoHana OVA was directed by the same guy as Strawberry Panic (his most recent anime series is SAO Gun Gale Alternative) and the label was made specifically to adapt yuri works but never made anything else as far as I know.

Ioroa2026-01-27 21:26

There's a bunch of SonoHana VNs as far as I know, weird they didn't adapt more of these.

Nachtwandler_FS2026-01-27 21:39

Yep, there is a bunch, including one that is not 18+.

UMP45isnotflat2026-01-27 18:52

16 years old, my god, older than the characters when it aired. We are truly starved.

EquipmentBusy20362026-01-27 11:18

I’m not a perv bro I’m just a sucker for love

KoCory2026-01-27 11:19

You literally said you don’t want it to stop at a kiss and you want it to be hot and steamy. You want hentai

EquipmentBusy20362026-01-27 11:34

I meant “hot and steamy” as in Ecchi, and an example of “not stopping at a kiss” but not making it hentai is the heavily implied sex scene in Horiyama I just want the MC’s to not act like a kiss is the biggest think in the world

UMP45isnotflat2026-01-27 12:27

Its fine, dont let archaic morals hold you back. You want the purest form of love, in its entirety and that is okay.

theGRAYblanket2026-01-27 09:34

"Strawberry panic" and "citrus" are the two most spicy off the top of my head. I enjoyed citrus more and wish it had more seasons.

Also the ending in the manga is pretty great too if you decide to read it

Edit: ahh I didnt see the "and doesnt stop part". If thats what you are looking for then my only recommendation is actually hentai lol

EquipmentBusy20362026-01-27 11:20

Currently reading citrus and it’s pretty good but boy is it a tease it’s not bad tho I’m enjoying like I said I don’t want hentai I’m just a sucker for romance

UMP45isnotflat2026-01-27 12:19

Its not hentai at all, not even borderline. Its not even half the way towards MahoAko on the ecchi yuri scale. And even MahoAko is not even half the way towards the android yuri anime airing now.

EquipmentBusy20362026-01-27 18:21

Is MahoAko heavy into romance?

UMP45isnotflat2026-01-27 18:55

InfiniteEstimate9772026-01-27 09:38

The list of Yuri is pretty tiny especially with what you want in it.

EquipmentBusy20362026-01-27 11:21

Yeah unfortunately but for some reason there’s no end of Yaoi

InfiniteEstimate9772026-01-27 18:50

There's not a huge amount of yaoi but it is a lot larger than Yuri is in comparison.

It's because yaoi is popular with hetero girls. There does seem to be an increase in Yuri recently though.

Nachtwandler_FS2026-01-27 09:42

It would ve easier to recommend manga here, because most of anime adapted are eitger keeping things tame or did not reach tge point where originals got juicy. Maybe these ones will do:

Aoi Hana,

Strawberry Panic,

Yami to Noshi to Hon no Tabibito,

Simoun

Though, while the things you are aiming for are there, they are not the main focus.

Kuzu no Honkai / Scums' Wish has a storyliline with FMC and ger kesbian best friend, but it also only one part of the story.

There was a 2-part juicy OVA Kuttsukiboshi

Thus season has the short borderline hentai series Dies it Count if You Lose Your Virginity to Android

If you are into trashy oldchool anime, you may try Kannazuki no Miko

This is from the top of my head.

EquipmentBusy20362026-01-27 11:24

Ty and I posted it to manga and anime but recently I’ve been preferring manga romance because all the anime tend to be Young Jump adaptations.

KanraLovesU2026-01-27 10:26

r/yuri_manga has you covered for, well, yuri manga.

For anime there is literally one airing right now called "Does It Count If I Lose My Virginity to an Android" which I have to imagine will be spicy enough for you.

UMP45isnotflat2026-01-27 12:25

Maho Ako, not much romance but spicy.

Im in love with the villainess. Not much ecchi but you will definitely be kicking your feet.

Kinda a bit spicy from recently "there is no way I will be your lover"

The elephant in the room is definitely "does it count as losing your virginity if you do it with an android"

Yuri beeing usually focussed on teenage girls there is not all that much past the kiss Im afraid. But yuri itself was pretty rare for a long time, we are definitely blessed to get so many shows recently.

Kil-Xia-Max2026-01-27 15:25

My Girlfriend isn't here today, pure toxic yuri and I can't stop reading it

somecallhimtim1232026-01-27 19:08

There’s no way I’ll be your lover unless has both laughs and the spice plus it’s free on YouTube rn

EquipmentBusy20362026-01-27 20:05

Are you summarizing that anime’s name? Because I’m watching one rn with a really similar title

SuccessfulWait55262026-01-28 02:32

That is the title, just finished it as well a hour ago

There’s no freaking way I’ll be your lover unless…

i_know_the_void2026-01-27 21:06

I haven’t watched more than the first episode, but how about “Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid”? Also, it’s NTR, but “NTR: Netsuzou Trap”.
