The protagonist is a businessman and otaku in his late 30s, who was a classmate of the woman back in high school. She approaches him to help her get to "isekai". He plays along with her delusion while trying to find a way to help her out of it. It's a bittersweet drama.
Pretty good too. I would love an anime adaptation of it some day.

It was. It's only 5 volumes so a 12 episode season would be perfect for adaptation. It ran in Big Comic Spirits so a live action adaptation is more likely than anime, but probably not popular enough to have either. One can hope though.

If their first life memories are the strongest, then they might still identify as a man.
But well, considering there is also hormones, the brain development, and the lacks of them while as an object, and all of that influences who you are, then it would still be impressive for someone to still think of themselves as a man after all of those reincarnations.
A different brain would also make us act differently, and then there is also the question on if it's just the surface level thought that stay with us for reincarnation, or everything, but everything is a lot of information and connections between braincells that aren't available in your new body's brain.
But then again, reincarnation is magic, so who cares.

The main character gets isekai’ed as herself, gets taken in by a powerful master, but then she keeps dying. Every time she reincarnates she comes back as a stranger and stranger thing, but her master always finds her and takes her back as his disciple.

But well, considering there is also hormones, the brain development, and the lacks of them while as an object, and all of that influences who you are, then it would still be impressive for someone to still think of themselves as a man after all of those reincarnations.
A different brain would also make us act differently, and then there is also the question on if it's just the surface level thought that stay with us for reincarnation, or everything, but everything is a lot of information and connections between braincells that aren't available in your new body's brain.

The main character gets isekai’ed as herself, gets taken in by a powerful master, but then she keeps dying. Every time she reincarnates she comes back as a stranger and stranger thing, but her master always finds her and takes her back as his disciple.
