Where to watch Paranoia Agent?

So, I got the Crunchyroll add-on for Roku, and the Japanese audio does not play in half of the episodes. The episodes are also completely out of order. This add-on is available on Amazon Prime Video as well but I'm worried that it will have the same problem. There is also Crunchyroll but...yeah. Worried. I'm Japan-based but using a VPN to access US services.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So you live in Japan & can understand Japanese? Pretty sure there's a Blu-Ray or DVD option via Amazon Japan.

Does Japan offer DVD/Blu-Ray borrowing from the library? Or maybe do they still have stores like Blockbuster?

Seems kinda convoluted to use a VPN to watch. Just to be nice I did check JustWatch.com to see if Paranoia Agent is available to watch via streaming in Japan. It said it should be on Hulu and Amazon video.
