Makes me wonder, who the hell are Celia and Cecilia?
But then again I still lock the door to the bathroom despite living alone in my apartment still out of habit...
he never should have allowed the pickpocket to get that far, and should have had no problem dodging the hero he constantly trashed (while he was in a group)
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?
Kind of reminds me of the elf in Japan show. Anytime they did fantasy adventure stuff it was forgettable and boring, but whenever it was about the relationship it was decent
Or maybe he wants to really fight demons and tracks Yoki and his team down?
There's definitely something unsettling about him.
So this guy could be another loose demon trying to integrate into human society or he could just be a normal asshole but either way he's gonna show up in town and cause problems.
Oooh maybe he's one of the foreign nobles trying to court Cecilia.
Cecilia's dad maybe?
Dad gonna take son-in-law on a hunt
Honestly, I have to commend that big brother for assisting his sister at the bakery when she's not feeling well, right down to wearing the cutesy apron. He may be a little too enthusiastic in handing out cakes, but it's the thought that counts.
Dang, that fortune teller wasn't wrong! I mean, bumping into a kid who Yoki ends up needing to buy new skewers for is one thing, even getting pickpocketed isn't that big a deal for someone with superspeed, but getting mistaken FOR the pickpocket in a classic Yuga blunder and then thrown in jail is REALLY bad luck.
Luckily Yoki's got friends in high places/law enforcement and Raven and Duke make sure he's cleared and released. Also, is that cute elf knight girl Irene possibly Duke's love interest? I'm kind of getting that vibe.
Credit where it's due, Yuga actually apologizes for his mistake with a full course buffet to make it up to Yoki. Though Raven scolding him probably helped. Though it must be so surreal to have to give relationship advice to your love rival, since Yuga desperately wants Cecilia to be nicer to him.
But before Yuga should be worrying about Cecilia, he needs to patch up his relationship with Mikana. It's bad enough that he wrote off Mikana as hating Cecilia enough to be willing to abandon her, but that he absolves himself of all responsibility by foisting it on Mikana when they ALL left Cecilia behind is terrible, especially when Yoki knows how much the guilt has been killing Mikana. If Yuga is really going to be a Hero, he needs to take responsibility for his actions and act like it. And thus did Yoki bring the Hero to tears.
Mikana IS important to Yuga, she's the childhood friend who has been supporting/scolding him since they were kids, and that means he needs Yoki and Raven to handhold him all the way to her house. And it's because he's her childhood friend that he, of course, walks in on her changing....and then proceeds to profusely apologize to her while she's in her underwear. Though he was actually pulling it off up to the point where he totally misread Mikana's feelings as her only caring about scolding him. He deserved all those zaps.
But Yoki's good deeds all turn his luck around! The cute baker girl gives him new cakes! He gets more gifts from the butler of the kid he helped! He gets to enjoy teatime made with Cecilia's own tea! Everything is coming up Yoki!
Though count on Yuga to ruin the moment by rushing in to apologize to Cecilia and get scolded by her (does he have a scolding fetish?) only to get punched by Mikana. But this is actually an important moment where the rest of the party finally apologize to Cecilia for leaving her behind...and Cecilia finally absolves them of their guilt because she recognized it was the only way and it's not like the rest of them had it easy defeating the Demon King. And the moment the Demon King was defeated Mikana immediately RAN to find Cecilia and make sure she was okay. The Hero's Party has finally reconciled.
Yoki FINALLY gives Cecilia her necklace, and it's a winner! And Cecilia is more and more realizing how much happier she is to have Yoki in her life.
That's a pretty bad bandit attack! Luckily (?) the bandits were slain by a warrior...even if he seems bored out of his mind.
I was speculating last episode that Yuga was intentionally walking in on the girls in his party, but I think he's actually just an idiot that never thinks to knock before opening closed doors. Mikana has an uphill battle being a childhood friend trying to get together with her moron crush, but for the same reason as Duke and Irene I feel like she's going to succeed.
Good progress between Cecelia and Yoki, she's happy he's friends with her friends and family and enjoys his company. Bro may not realize it just yet but he's already won.
Yuga is like an immature kid who doesn't know any better. It's part of why he's the Hero, but it's also why he's constantly putting his foot in his mouth and making blunders. But ultimately he's not a bad guy and he just needs to wise up about Mikana.
I think this is almost a given with the way this story is going so far. There's no other reason to introduce a character like that and specify that she is a non human just like Duke.
Poor Mikana, he really doesn't see her in that way at all. She's going to have a difficult time swaying someone that dense.
Cake girl's brother taking over would be a good reason for me to stop by, flexing in that apron lol.
I'm guessing the guy in the post-credit scene might have been isekaied.
Mikana probably stopped him too
Thankfully Cecilia remains adorable, though she's not managing to even break into my top 2 Best Girl list for this season so far. Stacked year for sweet girls.
That he didn't even give her a chance to put clothes on while he was giving his apology spiel lol.
Love how it’s still fanservice when that’s basically her default outfit. It’s pretty skimpy already
He's still an immature idiot, but he's not a terrible person.
Then further dragged him to Mikana's house for moral support.
And the whole thing started with Yuga jumping to conclusions and refusing to listen to Yoki.
Raven seems used to it, and just goes with the flow instead of fighting Yuga's impulsiveness.
Yuga really is bot selfish and stupid.
Need more Raven and Happiness! They are far cuter than the main couple who are a bit too bland.
Curious about the new guy in the post credit scene though. He could make things interesting again.
Yoki starts off having bad luck, but it gets reversed by doing good deeds. Yoki deals with it all before giving a present to Celia and the framing makes it seem like she might not accept it, but she does and he celebrates a victory.
I think if this story had Yoki being a person that was only helpful and nice to Celia while ignoring others, leading to Celia not being sure about him, it might have delivered some message about karma and magnanimity. Unfortunately for the show, Yoki's always been a good guy and Celia wasn't having issues with him.
It's good to see [Cecilia's back](https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/afcc4001faf1.png); I missed her as much as [Yoki](https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/829e04a9534b.png).
Poor [Mikana](https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/eef9a754054b.png), she must have fallen for that idiot Yuga, who's completely oblivious to her feelings. Although the curse of [being of a childhood friend](https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/0f3aa45b4a94.png) certainly doesn't help too. I feel so sorry for her xD

We've got two guys who confessed and got rejected and one girl who can't get her feelings through to her dense childhood friend.
Glad I’m not the only one terrified about this idiot being a diplomat
Rival character for Yoki?
It feels like they all just agreed to forget about him which doesn't really make much sense.
Dude just swinging his sword at what he thinks is a random pickpocket. Y'know what, I'd believe it
...Walking in on you changing but you in the middle of changing isn't much more skin than you normally show off
Wait flashback last minute call Mikana's gonna be the first one to go back to check on Cecilia before the other two
Yep lfg
It was dumb.
MC is OP.
He could have stopped the 2 bit guard.
Writer casually nerfing MC as per plot convenience.
Hate when they just casually do that instead of writing better.
PS - It did get better by the end.
They didn't really explain why Yoki had such an unlucky day. The fortune teller said so but there didn't appear to be a reason he seemed almost cursed.
The ending was strange; I thought the guy who killed the 3 bandits was Raven until he spoke and had a manly voice. I wonder where he fits in since he doesn't seem a villain.
What are you talking about ?
Raven: "Wait, hold up?" 🤨
Oh Mikana...you poor poor child. The dreaded "childhood friend" curse. What's worst I think she was thinking he was going to confess at that moment. It's also funny that she would be so offended with Yuga walking in on her, given that her normal attire is already pretty stripperiffic.
Duke being in the guard, makes sense, but I wonder how they are going to explain that he never takes off his armor. Also we meet a cute elf guard, which given that Duke is the only one not paired off with anyone, well...kind of know where that is going to go.
Animation has never been what I would call good exactly, but it did feel a bit rougher this episode. Not sure why they made the pickpocket a doppleganger for the main character...thought that would be something significant.
Briefly thought, with Yuga rewriting history on leaving the cleric behind, that maybe just maybe he might be getting sent off on a antagonist path...but nope...just seems to be a dumbass
His bag of crushed "cakes" (look like muffins to me) disappeared when the kid with the skewers bumped into him.
I liked the ending with the necklace gift, but overall the episode wasn't all that fun, unlike the previous eps.
Glad to see the closure of what happened with the Demon Lord and after. I wonder what the next arc will be with this new character?
If they beat the Demon King without a healer/support role without taking any damage, but couldn't beat Yoki even with the support, how bad does that leave their support at the hands of that demon...
