I’m really curious to know who the killer is and why Arne chose Elise as his prime suspect. If she really is involved, maybe it’s a Jekyll and Hyde situation with her? She transforms into a beast and that’s who’s been killing/attacking folks?
The nine vampire kings, but only one heart.
Just looked at the [MAL](https://myanimelist.net/character/282434/Nachzehrer) list of characters and skimmed through episode 2. This Nachzehrer character has the same yellow eyes as the hooded "monster" that we got a brief look at, and its hand was like a claw, and its face somewhat resembled like maybe a werewolf-ish...?
Kinda weird that the guard dogs decided to attack Lynn all of a sudden. I was thinking maybe the [Nachzehrer](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nachzehrer) could've been one of the guard dogs occupying Mr. Reinweiß on his walk throughout the town in episode 2.
But according to the wiki description of *Nachzehrer* they're an animated corpse.
So I'm guessing Mr. Reinweiß was "successful" in bringing his "wife" back to life....
But now she wants to take her family back to the grave with her.

In the beginning when they met that Arne had no reflection in the mirror, but after Lynn got turned, there's her reflection in the mirror...?
Course I also like to imagine that her seeing her mom was last moment we ever see Lynn. She dies, the vampire takes over. Tho I guess having the blood of her original host returned might also give benefit in that scenario.
But damn Diana, telling to Lynn's face she's glad her father's dead, these servants don't hold back.
Just making it easier for her to leave. No one where is worth sticking around for anymore. None of them cared that her father was dead. ~~Fuck em. I hope they enjoy unemployment.~~
Edit: Forgot about the "entertaining the guests" thing.
From the POVs of the maids, I can understand their feelings.
>None of them cared that her father was dead. Fuck em. I hope they enjoy unemployment.
Her father was a pos tf??
Do think that sets this up to be a Murder on the Orient Express situation where all of them are responsible.
Arne having existential crisis was unexpected. So that's why he was acting a bit strange and cold last episode. Because this evil king was in control. And all it took was one slap from Lynn to exorcise him and get Arne back in control.
I'm really not following the whole father killing mystery. They introduced a whole lot of characters and motivations in a rush and didn't do a good enough job of it. So I'll be glad when we're through with this mystery and move on to the next.
The whole thing is a mess. I need more Undead Murder Farce type stuff, and less of this poorly done Clue shit.

Atp I'm ready for the resolution to be disappointing cause they really chewed more than they can swallow
I feel like the clues are fairly light but they're spending 3 weeks on this, and I forgot the important points from 2 weeks ago already. Like I'm not going back to see which scene has a mirror in it. At this point I'm just watching them solve the thing instead of trying to solve it along.
So far first ep was the best. After that it's all just one big rushed mess that doesn't make much sense.
I noticed how story/presentation really resembles detective games. I have warm feelings connected to those so I will keep watching this just for cozy gaming vibes.
And it's interesting how this is actually a game:

But yeah, the anime is still pretty mid.
She got turned into a vampire pretty quickly. I mean I guess that makes sense in a vampire show. Okay so then like does each heart have it's own personality? When does the necromancer come into play? And that orange doggy demon looking guy from the opening show up?
>Was he a bad employer before there wife's death and got worse, or was he okay then got bad?
Gordon (butler) told Lynn her father used to pimp the two maids to guests. Of course they're happy the old shit is dead lol
Big mistake in an ongoing murder mystery to go somewhere defenseless and alone like the giant empty bathroom.
I wonder if Lynn being a vampire gets reversed somehow. Normally that's just not usually a thing, but it sounds like she had a reflection at some point in episode one?
The boy who cried wolf telling Lynn she's a vampire now? Arne did something, but that something wasn't turning Lynn. I also think something more supernatural is going on, another vampire trying to resurrect one of Arne's hearts using Lynns dad as a catalyst? Those imposing feet of Lynn's killer could be just about anything...
I wish the kid in episode 1 stayed alive because he was more interesting as a detective 😭
This is twice now in 4 episodes. Does he not care about the kids he's following around, is he too lazy to warn them or intervene before they get killed or does he get off on it?
