recommendations on what to watch!!

So me and my fiance have seen Attack on Titan, jjk, and tokyo ghoul which are our favorites!! (weve seen lots more ofc) i was wondering if theres any animes like those with no fan service because we feel kind of uncomfortable watching animes with fan service in them!! a little is alright i guess but preferably now fan service is best! also we prefer dubbed animes!!

Not to state the obvious, but if you haven't seen Solo Leveling, ya gots to do it. Kaiju No.8 was also pretty decent, and season 2 is fully out and dubbed.

st4rzren2026-01-27 22:33

yess weve seen solo leveling its one of our favorites as well!! were gonna get to watching kaiju No.8 though!! thank you so much!! ☺️

Some of our other favorites would be..... Death Parade (lil dark and hurts good), Tanya The Evil, Campfire Cooking In Another World....uh I'll have to check my Crunchy Roll list later for more XD

st4rzren2026-01-27 22:47

I RECOMMENDED HIM DARK PARADISE AND HE SAID THAT "ive already seen it and it's sad" LIKE BROOOO but campfire cooking in another world seems super interesting!!! whats it about??

Just look at popular shounens on MAL.

Yuyu hakasho and Hunter x hunter are fantastic

st4rzren2026-01-27 22:45

weve been thinking about starting hunter x hunter!!

TheNamezToothless2026-01-27 22:48

The only downside with starting HxH is the fact that the anime isn’t finished, and won’t be back for a very long time maybe even forever.

st4rzren2026-01-27 22:50

yeahh and correct me if im wrong but its a pretty long anime right??

IntroductionRare52712026-01-27 23:25

It is, but it's honestly fantastic all the way through and where it ended currently is a pretty great stopping point imo.

It has two versions, I'd watch an episode or two of each one and see which you like more in terms of art/VA they're both good

Cheap-Bodybuilder9222026-01-27 22:48

Man watch Parasyte! Its an amazing piece of art.

st4rzren2026-01-27 22:49

my fiance said he doesnt like it!! anything else you could possibly recommend??

Cheap-Bodybuilder9222026-01-27 22:56

I mean the classical might be better for you then, what about death note?

st4rzren2026-01-27 23:02

weve been considering starting death note as well as demon slayer but we havent watched them just yet!! thank you very much for reminding me that we need to watch death note!!

Cheap-Bodybuilder9222026-01-27 23:06

I am sure you will like it. One of my all time favourites

st4rzren2026-01-27 23:11

How about Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood? Great action, deep plot, and it tells the entire story.
