Which of these animes should I start or dedicate my time to first?
I have 3 anime titles, but I can’t decide which one to start. The options are Fire Force, Code Geass, and JJBA. Although, Code Geass has been on my watchlist the longest.
Which one should I start and why?

It's a good time to watch JoJo since you can catch up in time for Part 7's debut, or you could wait longer and watch it when there's more of it. I like it better than Code Geass, but Geass at least in its original incarnation is complete (while the movie incarnation has more sequel content, I'd stick with the TV version for a definitive watch nonetheless)
jojo is definitely worth it imo, while it doesn't have jujutsu kaisen type of animation definitely, it had it's own style that become it's appeal which why this anime memed so much because they celebrate it's own quirkiness.
it had 6 part of anime now with part 7 will release this year but you shouldn't rushed to watch part 7 personally. the starting point, part 1 or phantom blood is a bit weaker for a lot of people given jojo originaly a 1980s manga but it isn't that long so think it as epilogue for part 2 where it's start to be more interesting.
Edit: (I didn’t see the “why” of your post)
Code Geass isn’t super long, and it has a satisfying ending. And despite having only read pt1 and half of pt2 (currently reading Battle Tendency), JJBA is becoming a top manga series for me. I’m definitely going to be tuning in to the entire anime parts once I read all of it.
