If you watch One Piece he was also Weevil also Roberto in Zeta Gundam.
His brother is also a VA he might be familiar to lot of people here cause his brother is the VA for Baron Zeppeli in Jojo & Miyagi in Slam Dunk.
RIP to a legend, I saw [Piccolo's VA](https://x.com/TOSHIO_FURUKAWA/status/2016457394298167728) post about the passing and it made me bawl up.
Edit: I compiled [reactions](https://www.reddit.com/r/dbz/comments/1qp3oou/kozo_shioya_the_japanese_voice_actor_for_majin/o279ex9/) across the industry that popped up on my feed regarding his passing, it's very nice at least to see he was beloved by so many of his peers

RIP Roberto and Saegusa.
Sadly he has done mostly minor roles but in a lot of different anime so you might have heard him if you've seen older anime.

Sad that he's not gonna make it to the recently announced Moro anime arc, cause Buu finally gets a spotlight (briefly).
