Well, there's...

Slime Tensei

Realist Hero Rebuilds a Kingdom

Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire

Genius Prince's Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt

Apocalypse Bringer Mynogrha

Farming Life in Another World

It depends what you like about it.

As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World - has similar a similar "weak" lord making the most of his abilities.

Realist hero - has a lot of state building stuff.

The Genius Prince's Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt - has politics and comedy.

By the grace of the gods - has an op MC that makes a bunch of stuff for merchants and himself.

This is the closest you're going to get here.

* Reincarnated noble
* Useless ability min-maxed
* Gains tons of followers due to charisma alone basically.
* Has to run his own town as a leader

The production magic guy is probally better at swordfighting than the appraisal kid though.

The first one is pretty solid imo, way more grounded, and the protagonist’s skill is potentially OP but would mean nothing without his conviction, sincerity, and ability to put his faith in people. He takes a long time to come into his own but the series has the benefit of two cours to build things up, and it’s really about politics and war, with magic only being a tool of war with stringent requirements and limits. His crew are all really fun and likable, especially his fiancée.

Are there more anime like <*Easygoing Territory Defense by the Optimistic Lord: Production Magic Turns a Nameless Village into the Strongest Fortified City, Fun Territory Defense by the Optimistic Lord*>
