Looking for reccs for newgen seinen anime

Per the title, I am a newer anime watcher with somewhat specific preferences. I want something with a genuine story to tell or is interesting in concept. Preferably 2015+, or at least 2011 onwards as I am quite picky with the art / animation quality and find it hard to finish watching something whose art style I do not enjoy or is strange enough to really take away from the experience.

For reference some of my favourite anime are Vinland Saga, Blue Period, March comes in like a Lion etc. I also really enjoyed Frieren s1, naturally. [Here](https://myanimelist.net/animelist/Cherrytinted?status=1) is my anime list if that's helpful info!

"**Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentosho**" from last year was one of the most clearly-seinen series I've ever watched. It's an action drama, with themes of found-family, and the passage of time. You should notice the difference in character writing during the extended-length first episode. Watch until the end of episode 2 to get the full idea of what it's about.
