Good Hidden Gem Anime To Watch.

Hi Qibli1514, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

Shangri-La Frontier: a great starter anime with excellent pacing & power progression

I'd also appreciate it if they're appropriate as well.

Scrapped Princess

If you're starting you should 100% skip the "hidden gems" section as they usually need more comprehension from the viewer

Start with Frieren and FMAB, easily the best and easiest to digest anime ever

After that you can go with something a bit more in depth when the anime prejudice wears off, currently airing I'd say Sentenced to be a Hero is an amazing pick

If he's into more drama-esque stories, 100% make him watch the first episode of Oshi no Ko

I'd also recommend 100% Cyberpunk Edgerunners, it's brutal and amazing from every perspective

Something more fun/casual I'd say Spy x Family, its incredibly fun and the latest season was a heart breaker, it's got amszing comedy, animation and smooth story progression

AFTER you're done with settling with anime, I'd suggest actual hidden gems like Kyousogiga, FLCL, Welcome to the NHK, Space Dandy, Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash, Vanitas no Carte. Eden of the East, Dahlia in Bloom. Sabikui Bisco, Fena Pirate Princess, Sonny Boy

If you're into comfy/cute anime, I cannot suggest Yuru Camp and Zatsu Tabi enough

A hidden gem is Astra lost in space. Prob my fav sci fi anime (and there are some great ones)

K project is one of the first I ever watched, rarely hear about it but one of my favorites fs
