Am I crazy?? (Your Name)

So I went to re-watch Your Name, and its been removed from most streaming sites (fine, I guess) I found it elsewhere but every copy I have found is missing a part in the beginning (the part where she gives the ribbon in her hair to him on the subway). Has this never been at the beginning? and am I crazy for thinking it was?

This scene is maybe like halfway through? It's been a while since I watched it but no it's never been at the beginning

So weird. I thought it was at the beginning before the credits and halfway through. Thanks though :)

Its so weird. I watched the movie just before Christmas (Late November, early December) and I remember thinking when there was a short 1 min clip of her tossing her ribbon to him "wow, forgot they had that at the beginging," my husband was even convinced there was a short part of it in the beginning too. Guess we are both crazy
