What anime is this

ok there is this anime I used to watch that I wanna find. it was on canadian Netflix. it was a magical girl anime and i think the main girls were in middle school. when they used their power they would turn older and have the ability to do a job like ice skating or lifeguard. I remember that the main character had this weird romance thing with this guy that looked way too old for her. whenever they would finish a mission or something the love interest would transform from a hamster into a human.
