I’m looking for finished anime

I’m looking for anime that are finished or about to finish

I don’t really care about length

Just make sure it’s not nsfw

I don’t think I’ll enjoy romance

I’m semi new to anime

Here’s my anilist if it helps

Hi Plasma_Shot_Gaming, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

You might also find our [Recommendation Wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/recommendations) or [daily thread](/r/anime/search?q=flair%3Adaily&restrict_sr=on&sort=new&t=week) helpful.

Hellsing or FMA if you're in a mood for a classic

Plasma_Shot_Gaming2026-01-29 10:40

I watched FMA already
And I heard a lot about hell sing so I might check it out

nazomawarisan2026-01-29 10:43

Code geass
Gundam 00
Monster
Shinsekai Yori
Psychopass S1

Plasma_Shot_Gaming2026-01-29 10:46

I just finished geass
I watched a lot of gundam anime recently I want a break from them
Im considering monster
Why only season 1 of psycho pass
Haven’t heard about the others

nazomawarisan2026-01-29 10:48

Psycho-pass S1 is a self contained story. The other seasons are bad.

Plasma_Shot_Gaming2026-01-29 10:58

I don’t like leaving a show unfinished
Why do you think I continued watching sevens deadly sins past season 2

nazomawarisan2026-01-29 11:05

S1 is a complete story with a complete ending.

If you click on "Aa" in the lower left corner you can format your list like that:

* Code Geass
* Gundam 00
* Monster
* Shinsekai Yori
* Psychopass S1
