Why
Fools_Requiem2026-01-29 23:07
There are lot of scenes with girls talking into oscillating fans like they're communicating with aliens. The issue is the word "fan" because it's a shortened version of fanboy, it makes it hard to find ACTUAL fans being used via normal searches. It's kinda annoying.

What? No. According to Merriam-Webster the first recorded use of "fan" was 1682 and is generally believed to be an abbreviation of "fanatic." The first recorded use of "fanboy" was 1912. It's derived from "fan" not the other way around.

Same difference. Point is that it's hard to search for anime FAN scenes because you get otaku stuff instead.

_Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai_ has such a scene with Futaba Rio sitting in front of a fan, in her arc, which is episode 7 and 8.
