Any anime where the MC gets strong and gets to redo their adventure from the beginning while retaining their strength?
Similar to when Jinwoo is killed by the Monarchs in Solo Leveling and wakes up in the hospital at the point in time right after he was almost killed in the first double dungeon with all the powers and level ups he had before dying. Except unlike Solo Leveling it isn’t a dream, the MC actually does go back in time and redos their adventure with their full powers intact. They only get to go back once though so not something like Re:Zero please. Can anyone recommend a good anime that fits that description?

But it wouldn't surprise me if there's a shitty Isekai with this premise
- Your post looks like it might include untagged or wrongly-tagged spoilers.
When spoiler tagging posts, make sure you include the name of the show you're spoiling in the title of your post. We can't add it for you after the fact. You can then tag your post as containing spoilers by using the "spoiler" button, either when submitting or afterwards.
If you're submitting a text-based post and need to mark spoilers for multiple series, you should use the same spoiler format as for comments. Use the editor's Markdown mode if you're on new Reddit, and then use the `[Work title] >!my favorite character dies!<` format to tag specific parts of your text. Top picks would be Reincarnator, Absolute Sword Sense, or Revenge of the Baskerville bloodhound.
