Some things that can help (based on many people's experiences):
Give it conscious closure: reading analyses, discussions, or selectively rewatching it helps process the story instead of "abandoning it abruptly."
Change the tone; don't jump to something similar immediately. Watching another romantic comedy of the same type usually worsens the comparison.
Separate fiction from personal expectations: Oregairu resonates because it touches on real insecurities, but its resolutions aren't realistic models for daily life.
Return to your own activities (exercise, hobbies, studying). It sounds basic, but it helps rebalance your emotional focus.
If this happens very frequently or intensely, perhaps the problem isn't the series itself, but rather that you're using fiction as your main escape. In that case, it's worth examining what's missing outside of the screen.
Many of us experienced this with Oregairu, Clannad, Your Lie in April, etc. It's not uncommon. The key is not to get stuck in that void and to use the experience as a trigger to understand yourself better, not to isolate yourself further.
