You could start watching an ongoing anime that releases new episodes every week

are you seriously comparing finishing an anime with actual emotional problems?

So what to do ?

I always had PADS..recent one being after watching BokuYaba (s1 and s2) and just before that was "more than married couple, not yet lovers.."
I always move on to next anime but I can barely concentrate on the new one.
Or have a long sleep. It does ease the pain. Then go for the daily chores and have chat with people. Initially it takes time for me to get engrossed in the chit-chat but after sometime you forget you had PADS altogether , but it lingers for some time

Means it's a cycle that's why I was always feel like this and automatically recover from this after some weeks ,months so I just have to focus on other things ,and more real life interactions am I right?

I had similar chat with another person on youtube comments. You feel this depression when you are dealing withsome rough times in real life.
I get PADS whenever I had unsavory interactions with people or majorly due to work; and these anime episodes becomes an outlet of the daily happiness. After work, you eagerly wait to watch the episode and it becomes part of your daily happy routine.
Once it is gone, the void in the real life which was always there comes back. There is no escaping. Either one have to deal with real life problems ( like fixing relationship or achieving goals at work) or sometimes we have to accept the defeats and project our fantasy for our better self onto anime MCs. I find second one an easy escape but again it comes with a cost. Every good story has to end. And if you feel the loss then you accept that the story had been good and would part of your self now onwards

1. Have a long nap - it eases the emptiness
2. Move onto anime of similar genre
3. Read manga - as I have less attention span, I get bored after skimming through 10 chapters at a stretch
4. Communicate with co-enthusiast like on anime communities on reddit, Facebook, twitter, youtube etc. (It is hard to come by anime enthusiast just by your side)
5. Have some creative outlet: try to write some review on some blog, quora questions, reddit comments, draw the manga characters, try to learn Japanese along side with noting favorite anime quotes
6. Hardest... chat with someone on altogether different topic- it is hard for me to shift emotional gears but once changed it works. It is like dealing with breakups
(In a way I am listing these solutions for myself)
