Need an anime recommendation

I took a short break from anime due to being extremely busy, im looking for another anime to watch. So far the best for me have been AOT and FMAB, and nothing has been able to dethrone either of those and I don't think anything will since the story is just written so well, both are absolute masterpieces and left me with a void just sitting there thinking for a good like 30 minutes. I need something else that can either get close to, or be better than these. My favourite anime is mha, and ik it's finished now. And I left it on season 5 or 6, and then I had exams so couldn't pick it up again. I'm gonna watch in a few months when I don't have anything to do at all so I can truly enjoy my fav anime!
Anyways, let me know if there's something as good as one of those 2. I'll add my MAL below so you can see what I've watched. Nothing I've seen so far has been bad all of them I'd give an 8 star rating or above. I've enjoyed everything I've seen. Just1 anime had a bit of a slow start and that was monster but it made up for it, it's more of a slow burn but so worth it in the end!

Umamusume Cinderella gray is a hype sports anime (with cute horse girls as a bonus). It's characters are actually very well written and all have their own development and motivations. There are a lot of hype moments with awesome animation and it's a pretty short watch (only 23 episodes)

I'd say that it was a pretty mainstream anime when it aired, but if you want smt more popular, watch Frieren or jjk or chainsaw man

Black Lagoon it's not mainstream now, but it's still highly regarded. Solid dub as well and not too long.

Baccano it's in the same boat as Black Lagoon it's and old popular one that still get recommend. It's not easy to find legally anymore so you have take the high seas route to watch it.

Kekkai sensen - a solid action show the first season has a more structured arc while the second is more episodic.

Lupin Zero - there are other entries in the franchise worth checking out but Lupin Zero is the shortest being 6 episodes. It's a prequel of sorts but you don't need much of any previous knowledge of the franchise to enjoy it.

To be hero X - it got rather popular due it's animation. It's an connected anotholgy with a changing animation style. Your enjoyment will really depends on how much you enjoy the individual stories.
