About to watch aot what should i expect (emotion wise, action wise, etc)

Ik ik im late to it but im going to start AOT and i need some info if its going to be very emotion heavy, action heavy, etc. And im wondering if there are any required movies like in demon slayer.

You can just watch the show no prep needed. It is pretty intense (you will see what I mean in the first episode).

Ill say for the most part, trust the process.

Also i heavily advised against watching it half focus (like while doing sth else in tandem) because there are alot of visual clues that would make you do thatbDiCaprio pointing at TV meme when you recognize them
