There's the guild receptionist anime that's that from a flipped perspective (although they don't really get any romantic progress in the material covered by the adaptation). And I know there's a LN/manga that's this exactly, but it doesn't have an anime and I've never read it.

MAL doesn't list any other entries, and Anilist says the source is a webnovel. I guess you might be able to track that down, but I doubt it's translated.
