Need help finding fantasy anime from 90’s or early 2000s
Hello. I’m trying to find the name of a fantasy anime, that I think was from the 90‘s, early 2000’s, or late 80’s. I rented an episode from a video store when I was a kid, and loved it, but they only had the one episode. It was in a fantasy anime. We cut back and forth between two characters. One was a dark skinned elf girl who used knives. The other was a guy that used fire magic (or someone in the party did) from another world. The episode was about elf girl recovering, and given new clothes by a girl she called a butterfly. The elf girl holds a knife to the girl’s throat and forces her to read her future, that shows her getting killed. Meanwhile, we cut back to the guy whose village is attacked by a monster, and flame magic is used against it. One character turns to the magic guy and says “right on!”. After the monster is disposed of, the character gets a reading from an old woman that tells him he’s from another world.
That’s about all I remember. Does this ring any bells with anyone?

To be fair I haven't seen it in a long time. Plus apparently the OVA isn't streaming anywhere &! the DVD/Blu-Ray is out of print (IE expensive) in the USA.
