Tryna find good anime

I've seen a lot of different anime, some fully and others only partway through.

I like Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Isekai (isn't necessary, but is prefered, especially reincarnation), and include game aspects (like skills, exp, lvls, etc.)

I'd prefer for them to not have mechs as the main component, but it's fine if they're a small part. I also see some of the really popular ones as overrated, like Naruto and One Piece.

My favorite isekais are Re:Zero, Mushoku Tensei and Konosuba, all of them are pretty good

Substantial_Cause3832026-01-31 23:07

Re:Zero and Mushoku Tensei were great, but the last time i tried i just couldn't get into Konosuba

MeroMeroDraws2026-01-31 23:10

I personally think that Konosuba is pretty funny but it's not for everyone, humor is subjective :p

Irhaam57892026-01-31 23:04

mushoku tensei (don’t judge the mc man if u pull thru and watch s2 also u will have a 180), not isekai but frieren and zenshu

Substantial_Cause3832026-01-31 23:06

I know, I've seen all of Mushoku Tensei and it's great. I've also seen Frieren, but zenshu is a new one.

Irhaam57892026-01-31 23:12

zenshu is made my mappa and its very good i recommend

- [x] Re:zero
- [x] I was reincarnated as a slime
- [x] Mukoshi tensei
- [x] Loner life in another world
- [x] Konosuba
- [x] The Saga of Tanya the Evil
- [x] Overlord
- [x] Eminence in shadow
Solo leveling is very much like a game he levels up but no reincarnation , AOT, 86, code geass they aren’t isekai but they still very good also 86 and code geass have mechs but its way to good anime to pass up just because you don’t like mechs

NewNegotiation90022026-02-01 06:37

Didn’t see the bottom

Substantial_Cause3832026-02-01 16:05

I've seen re:zero, reincarnated as a slime, mushoku tender, loner life in another world, Eminence in shadow, and solo leveling. Saw the first two seasons of konosuba, but couldn't really get into it. Saw the first season of overlord and also couldn't get into it. Saw the first two seasons and the first movie of AOT, but got bored of it because of the repetition. Lately I've also been mostly avoiding any anime that talk about them being in a vrmmo.

NewNegotiation90022026-02-01 20:00

1st season of rising of a shield hero is very good imo

Shou_JP2026-02-01 10:55

I recommend: Log Horizon and Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash. Your would be happier by those two
