Looking for similar anime recommendations

I’m looking for anime like Journey with Witch that has realistic character behavior and a show don’t tell style of storytelling.

I've been watching March Comes in like a Lion since I've seen it recommended a few times but the characters behave and speak like typical anime archetypes instead of real people and the mc explicitly describes his feelings too often.
