The basketball is what I'm immediately drawn to in the image, and they uhh... didn't do a great job capturing it.
Aztek9172026-02-01 05:19
“Sir should the basketball be in the air or resting on the ground?”
“Yes. Yes do that”
Chiinoe2026-02-01 08:20
On brand with the anime. Those jump shots are horrendous.
SwimmingFantastic5642026-02-01 12:36
Pretty sure that's actually quite common in Women's Basketball
cppn022026-02-01 13:35
The whole thing looks both cheap and not quite in the show's artstyle to me.

Orange Ball Season 2
ali941272026-02-01 05:15
Here come the jokes of the lack of a blue box in the picture.
I can't even come up with anything that I could stretch the definition.
HajimeFromArifureta2026-02-01 07:37
Blue Wall = Blue Room = Blue Box
mythriz2026-02-01 09:49
*Blue Prince?*
ali941272026-02-01 16:20
I'm pretty sure the walls are meant to be white with blue tinted light from the curtains.
HajimeFromArifureta2026-02-01 18:20
Looks blue to me 😂
OK_Cartoonist49562026-02-01 05:19
not blue enough
Handyman21162026-02-01 05:44
Not enough boxes either, fraudulent show
crazywarriorxx2026-02-01 05:23
Still waiting for the ~~Blue Box~~ two of them to get together already, looking forward to this!

Unhappy-Strain-53872026-02-01 06:38
I love that bit.
BigDicksconnoisseur42026-02-01 05:48
Kind of a stretch but I read medaka box season 2 and got all excited :<
_BMS2026-02-01 05:52
Hina fans, how are we coping?
polmeeee2026-02-01 07:00
Been following the manga since first release, I'm coping very hard :(
Aromatic_Advantage532026-02-01 13:32
I am still feeling rejected by the way....
ClemFire2026-02-01 15:10
Hina box is real
morning_thief2026-02-01 06:00
One thing I'd like to fix in the animation is her jump shot. It's not a goddamned chest pass. She's supposed to be one of the best players in the country.
Other than that -- cannot wait for season 2.
eightcheesepizza2026-02-01 06:27
I don't know much about women's basketball in Japan, but the previous times I've seen Chinatsu's weird jump shot brought up, someone said that the two-handed form isn't uncommon for women's basketball in Japan, especially for longer shots.
I looked up some clips, and at least I found [this one of Kokoro Tanaka at last year's Asia Cup](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_ZxL1fB8rQ) doing something similar. So it might be a real thing.
jus_plain_me2026-02-01 15:57
Knowing nothing about women's basketball, let alone Japanese women's basketball, the basketball in that clip was, I want to say, really pretty to watch.
FarCritical2026-02-01 06:14
That is clearly an orange sphere
FrierenKingSimp2026-02-01 06:49
That’s really pretty!
Looking forward to the season
No_Valuable_74442026-02-01 09:27
Is this worth to watch? planning to watch season 1
ClemFire2026-02-01 15:09
Yes! If you're a fan of romance with a strong drama focus.
NYPuppy2026-02-01 18:05
No, it was extremely boring and the characters were one dimensional. The sports aspect was poorly done. Save your time and watch something better.
SupperTime2026-02-01 18:19
Love it. None of the characters are stupid and don’t act based on assumptions.
RedPriestintraining2026-02-01 10:08
Isn't blue Box about football or volleyball? Why is there a Basketball?
Emotional-Rise84122026-02-01 10:31
No?
It's about a badminton player and a basketball player falling in love.
chower822026-02-01 13:19
You're thinking blue lock: football, haikyu: volleyball.
Levait2026-02-01 10:29
Looking forward to it, I really enjoyed S1.
MillyMan1052026-02-01 10:35
Can't wait for the new season I'm excited to see Taiki's and Chinatsu's journey!
According-Disk2026-02-01 13:40
October can't come fast enough 😤
OddTea742026-02-01 16:12
this season will be good..
ZealousidealOffer2552026-02-01 16:18
This is beautiful!
Marksta2026-02-02 01:56
Hoping the MC spends the entire season apologizing to Hina-bean and making it right 😞
