I'm not even sure if Suzuki is the rare extrovert yapper. I get the feeling she is the extremely mythically rare introvert yapper who likes to be around people. The main difference between introverts and extroverts being that introverts drain energy by being around others, while extroverts recharge that way. It doesn't necessarily mean that introverts always prefer to be alone or quiet. And there was a brief scene earlier in the anime where Suzuki expressed that it sometimes gets a bit exhausting whenever she's around others and that she needs some alone time then

I think because it's easy to romanticize the character more when she's speaking Japanese. But I think the dub captures what she'd really be like if this character were speaking english, which is to say her hyperactivity is a way to mask her nerves. While it's clear this is the case as well in Japanese, the actual awkwardness of this character isn't as apparent because anime fans romanticize the Japanese language more than english

Like it's fine if dub people want to watch the dub. The localization has its place. But it's disingenuous to claim that sub enjoyers are "romanticizing" Japanese as if the only difference was related to diction or turns of phrase.
The two provide very different experiences, and result in very different kinds of characters and characterizations.
