How to resist getting spoiled
This is lowkey humour, but I’m so bad at this stuff. I’m a slow watcher (to watch a 24 episode anime I might even take like, two weeks sometimes, I’m very busy) and I obsess with things really fast so whenever I can’t watch something I’m currently watching I like to google things about the characters I like, to look at fanart, search the MBTIs, look at memes.
Needless to say, I get spoiled.
This is a stupid issue that I could solve by just… not googling anything about the anime until I’m done. But I was wondering if there was any safe way to interact with the fandom without getting spoiled that much?

The other alternative is of course to stop caring about spoilers and realize they don't matter all that much. Like, I'm 600 or so episodes behind on One Piece. Can't even begin to count how many out of context spoilers for Wano and Egghead I've seen so far, but without knowing the when, how or why surrounding them, I think they'll be just as impactful as if I never heard of them when I eventually get there.
Very true. You cannot go on any series' subreddit unless you are up to date with the source material.
