Help me find this anime
So I went to bed a couple weeks ago and my wife already had the tv on and some streaming service on but whatever she was watching had ended. There was a main advertisement showing an animated show or movie with what I believe was a dark elf female in handcuffs at like a police interrogation room and she was talking about how weak the handcuffs were and that someone else used much stronger ones. I put this on and fell asleep within minutes and now I can’t find it again to actually watch it. I really don’t have anything else to go off of since I was really tired and only slightly remember the advertisement. It was in English and looked like it might have been an original in English and not a dub. Pretty sure the title also had a number in it but could be wrong. Thanks for any guesses!

There is another tv series with the same premise, different campaign, called "The Legend of Vox Machina." They are both very good but, Vox Machina has more seasons out so far.
They are both Amazon Prime original tv series.
Scene starts at 0:16 seconds:
