Help me find an anime

I remember that it has dope opening it's new (maybe even last season new) in the opening everything blows op and he's just walking he has I think Black&white hair and hos dressed white. I think that I heard something about it being a donghua and jokes that all the budget went on an opening. I've seen opening in shorts and it was used for some memes and I think that it was quite popular. I saw it last months or two I think but I can't find it now. Please help me.

Edit: something that could help is that I've mistaken it for si-vis: the sound of Heroes but now that I'm watching it I know that it's not it only MC's clothes look simillar to the ones from an opening

I mean, if we're talking about a recent really popular donghua with a high budget intro that features a man with white hair in white clothes and you got it confused with a different show about Heroes then [To Be Hero X](https://myanimelist.net/anime/53447/Tu_Bian_Yingxiong_X) is the first thing that jumps to mind.

It isn't recent but maybe [this part of the Spare me, Great lord OP](https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/172985)
