Wanting to see what you guys suggest I should watch from seeing what I’ve already seen

What I’ve watched so far:

JJK

My Hero Academia

Ouran Host club

Chainsaw man

One Punch Man

Solo Leveling

Kaiju No.8

Hi StatisticianSea927, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^

You might also find our [Recommendation Wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/recommendations) or [daily thread](/r/anime/search?q=flair%3Adaily&restrict_sr=on&sort=new&t=week) helpful.

* [A useful wiki page with watch orders for many anime.](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/watch_order)

Why is this sub so negative? I swear unless there's a new release or a mainstream shounen anime, you CAN'T post a review, a question, a discussion... you'll only get downvoted for absolutely no reason.

Go for the subreddits of the animes you loved. People there are usually kinder and formed a normal community.

FeefuWasTaken2026-02-02 00:39

I see 0 negative reactions to this post? What are you talking about

Flame0fthewest2026-02-02 01:18

About the downote. It was on 0, and after I upvoted it, instantly turned into 0 again about a half hour ago.

When you scroll and see questions, they are almost always on 0 and barely any people react to it.

Well written recommendation and discussion posts about animes barely attract peope but post a borderline ecchi video and you get thousands (or post mainstream). This subreddit doesnt care about new fans or discussions.

I could be wrong but this is what ive seen since years. Meanwhile other subreddits are helpful and kind.

FeefuWasTaken2026-02-02 01:24

Being at 0 isn't negative tho, it's definitionally neutral, and people are responding without negativity in the comments. it just means it's the type of post people don't think is deserving of karma, which is fine, people allowed to think low effort posts don't deserve positive or negative numbers.

And if op made the post for recommendations, I doubt they care either, they got what they wanted

Flame0fthewest2026-02-02 01:46

Im not talking only about this post. Im talking about a lot of valuable posts, analysises, discussions, and they are almost always ignored.

Being 0 is at least one downvote, the basic is 1. I gave one, still 0, so at least 3 people downvoted ever since... because of an innoncent question.

Learn to use my anime list... god damn people...

Give Dan Da Dan a chance. It might seem a little strange at first, but it's something different from what you've seen before and it'll hook you. It has two seasons with few episodes. It's a quick watch and I loved it.

As others have mentioned, Shangri La Frontier, and if you really like that, SAO (Sword Art Online).

Takopi’s Original Sin

Very wholesome slice of life 🥰

FeefuWasTaken2026-02-02 01:28

Takopi is amazing, but not if you recommend it like that
