Hi Any-Payment-4314, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!

orb: on the movement of the earth maybe? it's philosophically heavy but not come off as pretentious.

you can also try fullmetal alchemist brotherhood, it's a good series for people who want to start watching anime too.

You'd probably like kaiji: ultimate survivor. Not the prettiest show, but it's literally what squid game ripped off for their Gambling premise

Any-Payment-43142026-02-02 01:32

Thanks i did like squid games

Cedosg2026-02-02 04:20

then akagi mahjong is good too.

thatfoobyron2026-02-02 01:44

Kaiji is so fucking good. My Top 10 anime forsure.
i couldnt even enjoy squid games because i saw kaiji first, everything in squid was predictable.

I think Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood is an amazing series that you might like and would be a great place to start (based off your earlier comment about genres you’d enjoy).

Uma-apreciator2026-02-02 01:37

Gakkou Gurashi

Burrito_enjoyer5252026-02-02 01:43

Enough_stepBrother2026-02-02 02:04

The first anime that comes to mind is Kakegurui. A highstakes Highschool gambling anime with an seemingly innocent guy and a gambling loving girl as the main chracaters. (Seemed cool, but gambling was never my thing, but you said poker and if i remember right, that was the plot of one of the earlier episodes.) Hope you like it!

Your Name (kind of a puzzle) movie or Erased are some good ones to start out with if you like things that mess with your head

Rocky5thousand2026-02-02 02:37

Bro just go to the popular page on whatever app you’re using and start there

SodasWrath2026-02-02 03:01

You should start by finishing Attack on Titan
