> In an isolated village, two twins were born, separated by day and night. It is years later, and while the older brother Yuru has become a hunter of animals, his sister Asa has been locked away in a cage, ordered to perform a special duty that prohibits her from meeting more than a few select individuals.
> On an otherwise inconspicuous day, a group of armed men riding in helicopters, referred to as "dragons" by the citizens, assaults the village in search of Yuru, killing every adult on sight. When Yuru attempts to meet up with Asa and flee, he finds a dead body instead—on top of that, the person who killed her claims to be Yuru's true twin sister.
> Before the woman can capture him, Yuru is rescued by a man named Dera, an outsider who frequently visits the village. However, it is not long before the two are cornered. In a last-ditch effort, Dera makes Yuru give a gift to the deity of the village, summoning a pair of daemons whose existence is bound to reveal the truth behind these chaotic events.

Vaundy + Yama? We're being spoiled
CharmingPerspective02026-02-02 13:12
Trailer looks amazing. Cant wait to watch this!
Martel7322026-02-02 15:19
I haven't read the Manga so it may be too early to say this but the trailer does remind me of one of the biggest strengths of Fullmetal Alchemist, the fact that 95% of the side characters were badass even in the small moments they were on screen.
EclipseTM2026-02-02 12:34
I’m a sucker for bows, i see a bow so count me in
qwertyqwerty45672026-02-02 12:35
Where the cute girls at?
Arrowstormen2026-02-02 12:39
I think the blond is a woman.
EDIT: Other way around apparently.
Ashteron2026-02-02 12:40
It's a guy.
Knuckleheaded-beardo2026-02-02 13:04
The manga-ka couldn't draw a blonde without making them look like Riza Hawkeye. So, it's a common mistake you made.
metalsluger2026-02-02 14:45
Arawaka definitely has a bit of same face syndrome that some mangaka suffer of when making new characters in other series.
Weak_Season_Of_Anime2026-02-02 12:38
By Hiromu Arakawa, mangaka of Fullmetal Alchemist & Silver Spoon
CharmingPerspective02026-02-02 13:05

What is this Arslan Senki/Juushin Enbu slander?
Abedeus2026-02-02 13:42
She's only the artist behind manga adaptation of Arslan Senki. Same with Juushin Enbu, only artist. With FMA, Silver Spoon and Daemons she wrote and drew the manga series.
HobnobsTheRed2026-02-02 18:21
Plus Hyakushou Kizoku, which is an absolute blast for a short-form comedy show about bits of her life.
Eccchifan2026-02-02 15:12
I think the guy wrote mangas that she both wrote and draw.
HisaAnt2026-02-02 13:42
No wonder I see the Nina dog design on the left side.

This is such a busy visual and wow it looks glorious, seriously can't wait
DigimonEmeraldFucko2026-02-02 13:02
Been waiting for this series to get an adaptation for ages now, so happy its finally here.
Knuckleheaded-beardo2026-02-02 13:05
Call me negative but it's a little too early for an adaptation. Maybe it's just me. How many chapters does it have as of now?
alconnow2026-02-02 13:20
There’s currently 11 volumes / 49+ chapters.
Ashteron2026-02-02 13:22
They wouldn't be adaptating it without having enough chapters.
Shahars712026-02-02 13:27
Each chapter's pretty lengthy though, but I also think they're kinda cutting it close.
isthisagoodusername2026-02-02 14:13
I feel the same way. But who knows, maybe we'll get a new ~~Brotherhood~~ Siblinghood (?) adaptation as the manga is finishing up.
kayla-the-witch2026-02-02 13:13
The manga is so good ya’ll. I have faith that this adaption is going cause its popularity to skyrocket!
Aggressive-Check-1012026-02-02 13:22
Question for those who read the manga, is this series Good ? What's the plot?
Zombata2026-02-02 14:35
it's good

There's barely enough content in the manga for 2-cours.
Peleg_Amir2026-02-02 16:05
not true. chapters are long, there's plenty of content for 2 cours.
metalsluger2026-02-02 14:44
Really excited about this one, I hope they translate the humor well, cuz I do find myself laughing quite a bit when reading.
Desmater2026-02-02 15:18
Very hyped for this one.

Dope character designs
fuyu-no-hanashi2026-02-02 16:02
I swear 2025-2026 is gonna be one of the most goated seasons for anime, up there with 2016-2019 and 2006-2009. Last year alone was insane.
reddit_is_tarded2026-02-02 16:03
interesting to see the visual language of picasso in anime context
InternationalCan31892026-02-02 16:19
Close enough. Welcome back Isaac from Golden Sun
Independent_Ad_63482026-02-02 17:01
This honestly feels surreal to actually be a part of a hiromu arakawa show's community as it comes out. Especially a fantasy one nearly oh god 16 years after FMA:B ended
