Mid 20s, but yeah. He's about 25/26. The upcoming arc is a flashback to his high school days years ago.

Yeah, Vigilantes takes place like 5 to 6 years before beginning of the series. Aizawa is like 30, so he was a UA student 12 to 15 years before the start of thr series.

I'm *flabbergasted* if they end up covering this arc in Season 2 of Vigilantes, the pacing (while entertaining) is slow so far this season in terms of chapters per episode. And we're quite a bit of a ways off from this. But hype nonetheless!

They could be adapting this a bit earlier on, using the Sky Egg arc as the season's climax.
They probably thought it would be a bit weird to end the season on a flashback arc.

No I just did the math it actually works out, I had miscounted. Theyre skipping ahead a little. I wrote that comment before today's episode (they covered more today than I thought).
Prior to today's ep we were on 42, and the Aizawa flashback ends on 65. I just wasn't sure they were going to be able to do 21 chapters in 5-7 episodes

They should have start Vigilantes when the main series was still ongoing. It could have been something like Walking Dead and Fear the Walking Dead. That way, they could have animate Aizawa and Present Mic's backstory with Kurogiri before the main story got to that point. Would have been far less confusing.
