Cant remember name of an anime

Abut 12 years ago, watched a singular episode of an anime on Mangapanda. I tried researching via google, but cant find it. Here is the plot as well as I remember: a guy is sent to the girl dorm of a school due to an administrative mistake by a girl student, who becomes his roommate. Said girl attempts to hide the boy's gender from the rest of the dorm by disguising him with her laundry. The guy gets into boy uniform before going to class (not sure on that part). The anime itself is not hentai, but is a fairly lewd/degenerate any chance it gets. Also there is spanking, can't remember why. The preview of the second episode shows the girl in a nurse outfit. Thats all I remember.

I'll put here more stuff as I remember: the school itself is mixed, the guy is just assigned to the girls dorm. The guy changes clothes to a male uniform before the first class and changes back into girl uniform after the last class.
